Wet Ladybird
Nikon D200, Sigma 180mm macro
I spotted this ladybird drying out after a shower and thought the drop added a different dimension. You can also notice the very limited depth of field which is always present in macro shots.

Love this shot Colin. Good on ya for giving the blog thing a try. I'll try to stop in every now and again to leave some comments as I know at times it seems no one is looking!
